Start with an open common area, then use the adjoining rooms to support your plans. There is a full kitchen, lounge seating, and space for different activities to happen together.

Plan the time you need.
Private events start at $100 per hour with a three-hour minimum. Reserve time for setup and breakdown as well as the gathering itself. A three-hour event with one hour of setup is a four-hour, $400 reservation.

The Firehouse also welcomes content shoots, photo and video sessions, podcasting, and band rehearsals. Work across rooms, bring your collaborators, and make the space your own for the day.
Band rehearsal: $90 for a three-hour block. Ask about availability.

PRIVATE EVENTS
$100/ hour
Three-hour minimum. All time in the space, including setup and breakdown, is part of the reservation.
A common plan1 hour setup + 3 hour event = 4 hours, $400

- All event activity, breakdown, and departure are complete by 10:00 p.m.
- Up to 30 guests. All ages are welcome.
- Outside catering is welcome. Ask us about beverage plans before booking.
- No smoking indoors. Entry cameras monitor the front door and rear garage access.
- At checkout, please place used dishes in the kitchen and soiled linens in the hamper. We handle routine cleaning.
